
The Chief of Staff to the Kwara State Governor, Aminu Adisa Logun, was buried on Wednesday in Ilorin, the state capital.

Supervised by the burial team of the COVID-19 Technical committee in accordance with extant protocols for Muslims, the Janazah prayer was led by the Chief Imam of Ilorin, Imam Muhammad Bashir.
Among those at the low-key burial were the state the Deputy Governor, Kayode Alabi; Secretary to the State Government, Professor Mamman Saba Jubril; Special Adviser to the Governor on Political Matters, Saadudeen Salaudeen and Special Adviser on Special Duties, Yinka Aluko.
Others at the burial were: Special Assistant to the Governor on Religious Affairs (Islamic), Zubair Dan Maigoro; Senior Advisor and Counselor to the Governor, Kale Belgore and the Director-General, Bureau of Lands, Bolaji Edun.Mourners at the burial of the Chief of Staff to the Kwara State Governor, Aminu Adisa Logun, in Ilorin
Information Minister mourns
Meanwhile, Nigeria’s Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, has condoled with the government and people of Kwara State,Central Nigeria over the death of Adisa Aminu Logun.
In a statement issued in Abuja on Wednesday, the Minister also commiserated with the family of the deceased as well as the Ilorin Emirate.
Mohammed said he was profoundly shocked and saddened by the Chief of Staff’s death whom, he said, will be remembered for his service to the people of Kwara state.
”May God also comfort the family of the departed and give them the strength to bear this irreparable loss,” he said.
